Terms of use
Last updated 11 October 2026 · for shops in the Tagiora pilot
These terms are between Algosena ("we") and the shop that uses Tagiora ("you"). By using Tagiora for your shop, you accept them on its behalf. How we handle personal data is in the privacy notice.
1. What Tagiora does
Tagiora makes QR labels whose price you can change at any time, bills customers at the counter, prints and shares receipts, and keeps track of stock and expiry dates. During the pilot we add and change features, often because of what you tell us.
2. The pilot, and fees
Tagiora is free during the pilot. We'll tell you at least 30 days before any fee starts, and you can stop using Tagiora at any time.
3. Your account and your staff
Keep passwords to yourselves: one login per person. You are responsible for what is done with your shop's logins, including by your staff. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using one.
4. What stays your responsibility
- Your prices, MRPs, discounts, GST rates, HSN codes and the details printed on your bills and labels, and that they meet the law (for example, never selling above MRP).
- Your GST registration, invoices and tax returns. Tagiora helps keep records and exports them; it isn't tax or legal advice.
- Checking a bill before handing it over, and selling only lawful goods.
5. Your data
Your shop's data (items, prices, bills, stock) belongs to your shop. You can export it as CSV files at any time. We use it only to run Tagiora for you, as the privacy notice explains. If you leave, you get at least 30 days to export everything; after that we delete it, apart from what the law makes us keep.
6. Availability
We work to keep Tagiora running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted: the internet, our providers or planned maintenance can stop it for a while. During maintenance, labels show a "back soon" page instead of a price. Keep a paper bill book at the counter for those moments.
7. Fair use
Don't use Tagiora to break the law, harm others, get into data that isn't yours, overload or copy the service, or resell it without our written permission.
8. Liability
During the pilot Tagiora is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.
9. Ending
You can stop at any time. We may suspend a shop that misuses Tagiora, and we may end the pilot with at least 30 days' notice. Either way, section 5 applies to your data.
10. Changes to these terms
We'll tell you before a change that matters takes effect. If you keep using Tagiora after that, the new terms apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
